General Terms and Conditions

1. The QR Start service provides image generation for Czech and Slovak banking applications. The service provider is Lukáš Foldina, IČ 73893901, with its registered office in Noutonice 79, Lichoceves.
2. The service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service is operated on a cloud platform with regular availability 99.99%.
3. The price for the service is determined on the basis of the number of generated codes in a given month: 50 CZK / 2 EUR without VAT for each 1000 codes started (insertion into a PDF file is calculated as code generation). The price is deducted from the credit once a month, after the end of the calendar month.
4. The User is responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the registration data.
5. Users may not impair the stability, block or modify any part of the Services. Users must keep API Keys confidential and not share them with any third party.
6. The user agrees that the provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or events beyond its control, including the actions of third parties.
